Jennifer Bryant, MBA, MSN, RN
Director of Radiology / Aministrator
Jennifer has an extensive background in nursing.   Beginning her nursing career in 1995, she worked with patient care in areas that include medical – surgical care, Surgical ICU, Cardiac cath lab, operating room, open heart surgery, recovery room, and several leadership roles coinciding with patient care positions.   Jennifer started in radiology in 2005 as the Lead Radiology Nurse, with a focus in facility accreditation and policy creation.  As her responsibilities increased, Jennifer became more active in the daily operations of InnerVision.  Jennifer now serves as the Director of Radiology / Administrator for InnerVision.  She continues to focus on patient care and the business needs of InnerVision, guiding the InnerVision team in providing outstanding services for patients and providers within all modalities of Radiology.  Jennifer holds dual graduate degrees from Anderson University in Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Nursing.

Lance Madsen, MS, CIIP
Radiology Information Systems Administrator

Lance began his radiology career in 2005 to provide his Information Technology expertise to InnerVision.  In 2008, he became a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) specializing in PACS, RIS, and Speech Recognition.  Over several years Lance has strived to make InnerVision on the cutting edge of technology by being an early adopter of new and exciting emerging technologies.  Lance’s focus is to ensure that all Technologies deployed at InnerVision provide reliable, consistent performance to meet the needs of our patients and their referring physicians.  Lance holds degrees in BS Psychology, BS Communication, and MS Communication Technology.

Janet Osting, RDMS, RVT
Chief Radiologic Technologist
Janet has been a registered sonographer since 1988, working as a staff sonographor for 7 years.  In 1994 she moved to Lafayette to begin her management role as supervisor at a local hospital.  When InnerVision opened in 2000, Janet made the move from a hospital setting to outpatient imaging center.  She has been Chief Radiologic Technologist since 2009.  Janet is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Abdominal, OB/GYN, and Vascular Sonography, Limited Indiana State License in Radiography, and is a six year member of Continuing Education Committe for the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

Susan Corrie, RT (N)
Chief Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist
Susan has been employed as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for over 26 years.   Her passion has always been with cardiac and cancer patients.  She has knowledge in all aspects of nuclear medicine and radiology, including supervising the quality management portion of a mammography department. Susan joined the staff at InnerVision in 2003.  Her main focus is to provide great quality of patient care for everyone. She is proud to serve the people of this area and looks forward to the medical advances that are in the future and hopefully seeing a cure for cancer.

Trudy Baumgatner, RN
Lead Nurse Manager
Trudy joined the InnerVision team as a radiology nurse in 2009.  She brought many years of emergency experience with her.  This experience allows her to  provide routine staff education and prepare each staff member for their roll in emergency situations.  In 2012, Trudy was promoted to Lead Nurse Manager.  In addition to  her added responsibilities, she continues to provide patient care in all modalities.  Trudy holds an Associates Degree in Nursing.


James Redman, BS, RT (R) (CT)
CT Technical Advisor
Jim has worked in various positions within the radiology field, including staff technologist, cardiac catherization technologist, shift supervisor, and medical equipment full line sales representative with 40 years experience.  Jim's focus at InnerVision is to implement and maintain CT accreditation by the American College of Radiology, ensuring that InnerVision meets or exceeds nationally accepted standards, quality assurance, low dose imaging, and safety guidelines.  Jim graduated from Methodist Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in 1974, and obtained his BS Allied Health in 1982.  Jim enjoys patient interaction and strives for the highest customer satisfaction.

Susan Wiseman
Education Coding and Compliance
Susan has been in the radiology billing field for over 19 years with experience in outpatient hospital and office billing settings.  Her focus is to oversee and educate the billing and coding staff as welll as physicians to comply with payor policies and meeting the needs and expectations of our patients.  Susan is proficient and holds certification in radiology by the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). Susan attended the University of Southern Indiana and the University of Vincennes.
